RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To qualify for a refund or exchange items must be in original condition with original labels attached. Garment must not be worn or washed.
All returns and exchange costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refunds will be provided at the original price using the original form of payment. Delivery charges will not be refunded and return delivery costs will apply should an exchange be requested, subject to stock availability.
If your item is not what you expected, and you want to return or exchange please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will provide you instructions regarding where to return the items.
After receiving the items, if they meet our refund criteria, a refund will be granted for the purchase price excluding delivery charges using the original form of payment within 14 days.
SALE ITEMS
There are strictly no returns, exchanges, or refunds on sale items (unless the product is damaged or faulty).
FLASH SALE / PROMOTIONS
If you recently purchased an item at a higher price, and now it is cheaper due to a sale we unfortunately will not accept returns or refund the difference. Whilst we rarely do go on sale, it is best to mark out the globally recognized sales and advertised events in your calendar so as not to miss out in the future.
FAULTY ITEMS
All products have been quality controlled, however, if you have received an item with a manufacturing fault please contact us as soon as possible and include a photo of the faulty item before returning it. We will replace the item if we have stock available or will issue you a refund within 14 days of purchase. Anything outside this timeframe will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Solitude Clothing (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to deny an exchange or refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our return policy.
